Michael holds a degree in Financial Economics and was previously an Associate Director at Landpower Real Estate. Prior to founding the Gracewood Team with Landpower Real Estate, he worked in Corporate Finance and founded a boutique consulting firm in Toronto that helped many small & medium sized companies reach their business objectives. After leaving the Finance industry in 2018, Michael joined Landpower to focus on helping his clients build wealth through Real Estate. Throughout his career in real estate, he has won various awards: Award of Distinction, Executive's Award, President's Award and Hall of Fame. His interest in Interior design and DIY home projects are his favourite way to stay up to date on the latest trends. As a real estate broker, Michael takes the time to get to know his clients and takes a pragmatic approach that best suits their lifestyle, interest and needs. Frequently, he writes and shares his insights on the current landscape of the real estate market and key economic variables that impact renters, buyers, sellers and investors. Occasionally, Michael enjoys visiting new cities and trails across Ontario with his family and friends.
SANDY CHOI

Sandy has been passionate about Real Estate her entire life. As a child, she would tour model homes, and open houses with her family as a weekend activity. As an adult , she loves getting a feel for every home and community she visits - she feels that each person and property has a story to tell.
Sandy joined the Real Estate business near the end of 2019. Prior to real estate, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse. Here, she cultivated skills to stay patient, persistent, and provide the highest level of customer service by understanding the importance of follow-ups, personal relationships and her customer's needs during the buying and selling experience of properties. Sandy is known to have a strong work ethic. Throughout her career, Sandy has achieved the Award of Distinction and Sales Achievement award. Outside of real estate, you may find Sandy in a coffee shop enjoying her latte, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
